About

On August 10, 2000, the idea of creating a Ukrainian Internet traffic exchange point emerged. It was then that the historic moment for the Internet industry of Ukraine took place, when eight Ukrainian companies, after much discussion, signed the Agreement on the Establishment of the Ukrainian Internet Traffic Exchange Point (UA-IX).

Today, the Ukrainian Traffic Exchange Network is an example of technical and financial accessibility for all operators and providers of Ukraine. This is indicated by the number of Network members. UA-IX provides connectivity of networks of Ukrainian and foreign providers and exchange of traffic between them on the shortest routes. The exchange of IP traffic in the UA-IX is carried out in accordance with the All-All rule.
